Hollywood actress Sarah Jessica Parker is stepping up to support an Irish Pride fundraiser in true ‘Carrie Bradshaw’ style – with high heels!

The Sex and the City star has donated a pair of her own designer shoes to SuperValu’s Wear with Pride campaign, with proceeds supporting Belong To LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland.

SJP, who is a big fan of Supervalu stores in Donegal, offered a pair of her own ‘Camden’ shoes from her namesake shoe brand, SJP Collection for the campaign. The shoes, retailing at €875, are totally sold-out online.

Fashionistas now have the chance to win the sensational heels through SuperValu’s social channels, alongside GAA boots donated by GAA icons David Clifford, Hannah Looney and Padraig O’Hora.

Donegal’s Atlantic Weave Limited have also created rainbow laces for people to pick up in SuperValu and #WearWithPride and #ShoeYourSupport for young people in the LGBTQ+ community.

Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed she is a regular shopper at SuperValu during her trips to Donegal, where she has a holiday home in Kilcar.

In fact, the actress has SuperValu’s off licence selection to thank for her award-winning wine range. While holidaying in south Donegal, SJP revealed that she developed a liking for the New Zealand wine brand Invivo. A few years later, SJP’s own edition of SJP Sauvignon Blanc by Invivo was released and has since grown into a bestselling collection.
