Last Thursday, the House Wine Bar & Taproom in Letterkenny hosted an evening of sparkling wine tasting, and we’re not jealous at all.

The ‘Craft & Cork’ club at House were treated to sparkling flutes of cava, prosecco and reserve champagne, on a school night mind you!

Noel Tymlin, Manager of Findlater Wine & Spirits Group was guest speaker on the night, educating the guests on all things bubbly. Prosecco enthusiasts are plentiful around Donegal during the party season, but being able to hold three flutes in one hand while dancing doesn’t exactly make us experts.
