A tear-jerking video of a Northern Irish groom singing his bride up the aisle may have raised the bar for men everywhere.
The video shows Omagh singer Niall Donnelly performing at his own wedding as his bride Jill walked to meet him. Niall was joined by his bride for the chorus and appears delighted when he gets through the song.
Niall sang a heartfelt version of Ronan Keating’s This I Promise You which has moved millions of viewers since it was posted online.
The video, recorded in 2011, recently gained 10 million views, and continues to inspire couples as they select their wedding songs.
Niall was accompanied by his sister Bronagh Hackett, and the pair continue to perform at weddings across Northern Ireland.
Speaking to Donegal Woman, Bronagh said the popularity of the video was an unexpected surprise. “It’s great to see that so many people enjoy seeing that special moment,” Bronagh said.
The video was an unintentional hit. “The reason Niall put it online was to share it with friends in America and Australia who weren’t at the wedding. People began to share it after that. We have received messages from all people all over the world who say that they really enjoyed it. It was all an unexpected little surprise,” Bronagh said.

I saw this a few time, And he is very good. But I felt this guy so was into himself singing, he didn’t even look at his bride and make the song about her. But other than that the song is fabulous
