- Piece of fruit
- Yoghurt – natural/greek/reduced fat yoghurts
- Small handful of nuts e.g unsalted cashew or brazil nuts
- Sliced apple with peanut butter
- Crackers & reduced fat cheddar cheese
- Vegetable sticks & hummus
Carrot sticks and hummus
- Ryvita
- Boiled egg & slice of medium thickness sliced toast
- Baked kale or sweet potato crisps
- Popcorn- unsalted & unsweetened
Popcorn
- Wholemeal seeded loaf with low fat spread
- Malted loaf x1 slice
- Crackers & reduced fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons muesli with natural yoghurt & tossed pumpkin seeds
Museli & natural yogurt
- Small handful of spiced seed mix
- Portion of dried fruit – 1 heaped tablespoon daily / small 25g box of raisins
- Rice pudding
- Ant on a stick- celery with peanut butter topped with raisins

- Stewed apple with frozen yoghurt
- Homemade oat bars with dried fruit, nuts, seeds & dark chocolate
