Donegal TV personality Máire Bhreathnach from Gortahork will be chairing a new studio discussion series for BBC Two Northern Ireland which begins tonight.
Maire will be joined each week by a panel of journalists and social commentators each Monday for the next 4 weeks. The programme will feature discussion and analysis on a number of wide-ranging stories and topics affecting the people of Northern Ireland, Ulster and beyond.
Discussion points will include everything from mental health and gambling to organ donation, MMA and much more.
In the first edition will delve into the issues of mental health and the Troubles legacy, as well as mixed martial arts.
Seán Ó Baoill, a native of Loch an Iúir in Co. Donegal, will feature as a roving reporter in the new series. Theses reports will be in-depth and personal, and will also include views from the public on the various topics, adding to the studio discussion.
The four-part series will be broadcast tonight, Monday 13th March on BBC2 NI at 10pm.
