A superb display saw Donegal earn a 1-1 draw with favourites Galway. Elmer Sweeney put Donegal ahead early on but Galway equalised with three minutes to go, but Donegal finished the group in second spot unbeaten.
The Under-16s lost out 2-1 to Longford in the Shield semi-final with Molly Page bagging the goal.
The Under-16s ended their Gaynor tournament with a 1-0 win over Tipperary, Aoife Kelly the woman on the mark.
