The Irish Tatler's annual Women of the Year awards have opened for nominations - and they want to hear from you.
The awards highlight the achievements of inspirational women across the country, who often make sacrifices in order to help others. The awards ceremony is their night to shine and get the recognition they deserve.
Hosted by publisher and broadcaster Norah Casey, they are celebrating women’s achievements in the following fields; Business, Entrepreneurship, Music, Literature, Fashion, Film and Drama, Sport, Entertainment, Public Life and more
The Irish Tatler say that the awards “recognise women whose successes have garnered public praise and stirred the hearts of the nation, many of whom have worked tirelessly for many years within their fields to improve the lives of others.
“This is the night they step into the spotlight to take their bow.
“Last year’s winners includes an impressive and diverse roll call of greats like Cecelia Ahern, new faces such as Stefanie Preissner and Roisin O, all of whom joined legends like Helen Cody and Breege O’Donoghue and inspiring success stories like Joan Freeman, Margot Slattery, Dearbhail McDonald as well as the Team Ireland Medalists, Paralympics 2016 as Irish Tatler Women of the Year Award recipients.
