Supermodel Heidi Klum's clothing line is being unveiled tomorrow - and we're very excited about it.
The 18-piece collection with sizes between 8 and 18, titled ‘Esmara by Heidi Klum’, aims to produce fashionable pieces that won’t put too much of a dent in your pocket.
Heidi used her own personal style as inspiration in creating this new fashion range. Her vision for the collection? That everyone should be able to enjoy fashion and feel happy, confident and attractive.
The most popular piece is tipped to be the real suede jacket – priced at just €59.99 which can be nabbed in tan or black.
Heidi says that her first collection for Lidl is a tribute to New York and all the city’s self-confident women. Every day, New York natives combine bold highlight pieces with great basics. Animal patterns meet powerful colours, bringing energy into the everyday life of the urban jungle.
Speaking to the Irish Times, Heidi says that making high fashion accessible to busy women is the backbone of her line.
“What is so amazing about this collaboration is I can reach so many women, I feel that I can make so many women happy.
“There are so many designers already that are in the high-end market but only 4% or 5% of women in the world that can afford it and a lot of these brands only exist because of their sunglasses, their perfume or their bags.
“Everything about this collection is supposed to be easy because women are already very, very busy. They go to the supermarket – they get their groceries and at the same time they can pick up a blazer for €25.”
“Fashion should be for everyone, fashion should not just be for people who can afford it, everyone deserves to be part of it.”
Lidl have also put together four OOTD inspo pieces for us to drool over – which one is your favourite?
