Some Letterkenny revellers who may have had a few too many have developed a bad habit of taking their glasses home - and one bar is planning to stop them.
Warehouse Bar + Kitchen, one of Letterkenny’s newest bars, has an extensive gin selection and attractive goblets to sip from. However, gin drinkers are a bit too fond of the glasses and are sneaking them home.
The Warehouse team are getting teed off with the sticky-fingered tipplers, and have set up a special night just for fans of their glasses.
They needn’t worry, they’re not in trouble, but they are going to get a special chance to get their own goblets – legally!
Warehouse are inviting local gin connoisseurs to enjoy a drink this Friday and get their own glasses to keep.
A Facebook notice posted with a comical photo said: “We’re not happy at Warehouse…Our gin goblets are being stolen, smuggled out under our very noses!!!
“But this Friday we thought we’d just give them to you!
“Buy a Gin Mare, Haymans or Mór Gin and you can KEEP your glass and take it home, put it in the cupboard and think of us every time you use it.
“
Every time you order one of the Mór Gin, Haymans Gin, or Gin Mare gins you get to keep that glass, so the more you order the more glasses you get.
