Aldi have recognised our love of festive fizz by bringing in a gigantic Prosecco range for Christmas.

This enormous bottle holds three litres of extra dry Italian Prosecco – four times the size of your average bottle.

Popping this may need to be a group effort, considering the weight! The only catch is that sales are limited to one per person.

The 11% ABV tipple is said to taste of fresh citrus fruits and wisteria flower and is described as ‘delicate yet serious’. It’s a serious investment too, as bottles cost €69.99. Perfect for party group purchases perhaps.

The bottle size is called a jeroboam, which is double the size of those massive magnums – you learn something new every day!
