Derry Girls actress Nicola Coughlan, who we know and love as Clare Devlin, has shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes picture of how her introduction to Toto went.

The adorable terrier stars as the elusive Toto in the sitcom, who once belonged to the Quinn family.

Although portrayed as cute and cuddly in the episode, it seems he isn’t too keen on his colleague!

Nicola shared the two pictures on Twitter saying: “Ok, to celebrate Episode 3 of #DerryGirls, I’ve decided to share with you the greatest picture of me that’s ever been taken. AKA: The Day I met a cute dog on set and it instantly went very wrong.”

Maybe it’s not actually Toto and “it’s just a dog that looks a bit like another dog!”
