This is an opportunity for parents in the Bunbeg area of West Donegal to learn about transitioning their little ones to the next step of feeding.

The HSE would like to invite parents and infants/toddler’s to attend a Weaning Workshop on:

Date: Friday the 13th April 2018
Time: 11am-1pm
Location: Ionad Naomh Padraig, Dobhar Upper, Bunbeg

The workshop will be delivered by a Public Health Nurse, Dietician, Community Mental Health Nurse and Chef.

It will offer parents helpful advice about healthy weaning foods for infants and toddlers.

There will be a demonstration of simple cooking techniques on how to prepare nutritious meals.

Parents will have an opportunity to have any questions they may have answered
