Mothers in Inishowen are all welcome to attend the next Tea & Toast meet-up on Wednesday 18th April.

The Tea & Toast group hosts casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.

All are welcome to come to the Cockhill Youth Club in Buncrana from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Wednesday 18th April to hear from two guest speakers.

Both speakers, in their own unique way, will discuss balance in the life of a busy mother.

Yvonne Mc Laughlin:

Yvonne Mc Laughlin is a Specialised Kinesiologist, Nutritionist and Homeopath who established Nutri Ki Health Studio in 2011. She believes a holistic approach to healthcare is essential for supporting your body to stimulate its own natural healing capability.

Her main aim is to balance the overall system to achieve or maintain an optimum health balance.
Yvonne feels the best way to achieve this balance is by using a whole body (Holistic) approach incorporating kinesiology, homoeopathy and nutritional therapy into all her treatments; touching on emotional, nutritional and physical health. More information is available on her website: www.nutriki.ie.

Rois Deeney:

Rois Deeney is a secondary school art teacher and mother. She strongly believes that art and creativity has a calming effect on the brain. She runs mindfulness classes which are an opportunity for people to unwind, re-balance themselves and be creative. She feels mindfulness helps with good mental health.
Mothers of every age and stage of life are welcome to come along to the event.
