Donegal student Lisa Gallagher is celebrating a major career step after graduating with the Irish Pharmacy Union.
Lisa has graduated with an Edexcel Pharmacy Services Diploma (QCF) at a ceremony held in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin on 30 April.
The comprehensive two-year course, which is delivered and administered by the Irish Pharmacy Union, prepares pharmacy technicians to assist pharmacists in ensuring the delivery of a high quality pharmacy service efficiently and safely to patients.
Daragh Connolly, President of the Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU), presented the awards and spoke of the growing importance of Pharmacy Technicians today.
