Wedding Album: Love and laughter on Laura and Fabian’s big day

We get a snapshot of the fun and romance of Laura Devlin and Fabian Duddy's wedding day.

Laura and Fabian tied the knot in their hometown of Letterkenny this month, decades after they first met as kids.

Laura and Fabian first met 30 years ago when Laura moved into the house next door at Glencar Letterkenny. They both grew up and separately entered long term relationships, with Laura moving away and Fabian becoming a father to Teegan and Mia.

Their respective brothers kept them acquainted over the years but a chance meeting in the Glencar Inn three years ago finally sealed the deal!

Their wedding at St Eunan’s Cathedral on May 11th was a great family celebration, with friends and relatives gathering for the special occasion along with Laura’s proud parents, Marty and Geraldine Devlin, and Fabian’s parents Marion McDermott and Hefty McHugh.

The happy couple and their guests enjoyed a reception at Radisson Blu Letterkenny, before dancing the night away to the Mindbenders band.

They had a delightful surprise just two days before the wedding when Fabian’s brother Declan arrived all the way from Australia to be with them on the big day.

They would also like to give a special mention to Lorcan at The Suit Lounge, who helped them out at short notice!
