The next Tea & Toast September meet-up for mothers in Buncrana will feature talks on public speaking, confidence and holistic therapies
The Tea & Toast is an Inishowen-based group hosting casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.
This month’s event on 19th September will feature two guest speakers: Emma Porter and Ciara Mc Eleney.
Emma Porter – Vivid Performances
Emma Porter is from Buncrana, Co.Donegal. Emma has been running her company, Vivid Performances School of Speech and Drama and Public Speaking Coaching for 18 years now.
Emma helps children, teenagers and adults to grow great confidence and self esteem through Drama and Theatre. This is done in a fun, creative way, where self expression is encouraged.
Emma also works with business owners, entrepreneurs, start ups, and back to education and work clients. To help them overcome their fears around Public Speaking and increase their profit and sales.
Ciara Mc Eleney – Inishowen Holistic Therapies
Ciara Mc Eleney of Inishowen Holistic Therapies Buncrana offers a range of complementary therapies including Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Advanced Facial Reflexology, Reiki, Organic Holistic Facials , Remedial and Hot Stone Massage.
