This self-care event is the perfect day to plan your 2019 goals.
UPDATE: The She Said Club ‘Nourish to Flourish’ has been rescheduled to Saturday, 9th March 2019.
What’s the She Said Club you ask?
It’s a relaxing and fun event full of inspiration, support and personal growth for local women.
Taking place on Saturday 9th March 2019 in the gorgeous Shandon Hotel, it’s a great day to hear from top local speakers and plan how to smash your goals in the New Year.
Who’s going to be there?
The guest speakers are The Motivation Factory’s Nikki Bradley, the first woman to scale four of Ireland’s highest peaks on crutches, who will be talking guests through her incredible journey and how she has overcome all the obstacles life has thrown at her.
Plus, Lorraine Boyce, Down Below Physio is a popular women’s health physiotherapist and advocate who will be talking about the importance of women’s health and how we can keep ourselves as fit and healthy ‘down below’ as possible.
These girls are gonna help you get some solid plans in place to make 2019 the best year yet!
Is it for me?
She Said Club curator Naomh McElhatton had this to say about the upcoming event: “The New Year is always the best time to refocus the mind and to get our goals in place, our event intends to get the guests re-energised and ready to take on 2019 with passion, ambition and determination”
If that isn’t enticing enough for all ambitious Donegal women, then there’s bubbles on arrival, high tea, goodie bags and lots of treats on the day to enjoy too.
