A panel of inspirational women will soon be making their way to Donegal.
The She Said Club has announced a revamped line-up for the ‘Nourish to Flourish’ conference for women on Saturday 9th March 2019.
The stunning Shandon Hotel is the venue for this special day dedicated to talks, fun, support and personal growth. The event coincides with International Women’s Day on Friday 8th March, so it’s the perfect chance to book an afternoon out with friends and celebrate womanhood.
With a theme of health, self-care and inspiration, the springtime event is for anyone in need of a refresh and mental declutter.
The guests are:
- Letterkenny-based Lorraine Boyce, Down Below Physio, who is a popular women’s health physiotherapist and fitness advocate. @downbelowphysio
- Rachel Nugent, who is a top MUA and Crohn’s Conqueror from Cookstown. @rachy_nugent_makeup
- Lucinda Nolan, a qualified PT and nutritionist who is battling multiple sclerosis in her own positive way. She was diagnosed with MS 5 years ago when she was training for her 5th marathon, but now she says she is thriving. @lulivingwell
- Naomh McElhatton, founder of the She Said Club. She was voted one of the ‘Top 40 under 40’ entrepreneurs in 2011. @naomhmce
These speakers are going to share their stories of resilience and how they overcome hurdles in work, love and life.
The event will be an enjoyable day for friends to enjoy bubbles on arrival, high tea, goodie bags and lots of treats on the day.
