Large numbers of Spice Girls fans from Donegal will be flocking to Croke Park this Friday 24th May for one of the biggest concerts of the year.
Do you Wannabe clued in on the show before you go? There is now a guide for everyone going to the event!
Here are some of the security and travel tips which were released before the gig:
Everyone will be searched when they arrive at Croke Park and people are warned to bring as little as possible. Nobody is allowed to bring backpacks or any other larger handbags as you may be refused entry to the venue without a refund. There will be no cloakroom or storage room and any items left will be removed.
Everyone going to the event is encouraged to use public transport including the Bus, Rail, DART and Luas. There will be no parking available in the areas in the immediate vicinity around the stadium as the roads will be closed around the stadium.
Allow at least two hours travel time to and from the event as it will be very busy.
There will also be limited access to an ATM in the concert grounds so it is best to have cash with you. ATM facilities are available in the Inner Cusack concourse, on the Premium level & at the GAA Museum.
Early queuing is strictly not permitted at the venue and if you arrive early you will be turned away to respect local residents. There will also be customer points in different areas in the stadium if anyone is to get separated from their friends or family.
Extra tickets are still on sale for Friday’s concert in Croke Park with special guest Jess Glynne. You can purchase the tickets at www.ticketmaster.ie.
Buses are travelling to the event including Michael Friel buses in which you can check out here: http://www.michaelfrielcoaches.com/product/spice-girls-croke-park-dublin-24th-may-2019/
