Counsellor Debbie Kramer will be the guest speaker at the next Tea & Toast mammy meet-up in Buncrana this Wednesday.
The Tea & Toast group hosts casual meet-ups for mothers to get together and learn new tips and tools for taking care of their own mental well-being.
Mothers of every age and stage of life are welcome to come along to the next meet-up this Wednesday 10th July, 7.30pm at the Cockhill Youth Club in Buncrana.
In conjunction with the Feelgood Fortnight in Buncrana, the meeting will focus on positive relationships, maternal mental health and more.
Debbie Kremer is Counsellor and Facilitator for Nurture Health in Co Donegal. Nurture Health is a Nationwide organization offering support to women and their partners with their overall well – being and specifically counselling supports for all aspects of maternal mental health.
Debbie is a registered Counsellor with a Bsc from the Ulster University and post-graduation qualification in Mindfulness Based Interventions in a therapeutic setting. She is also a qualified Couple and Relationship coach and counsellor with a Diploma in Life coaching. Debbie is a Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and psychotherapists. She also is a qualified trainer and facilitates workshops and training in all aspect of positive mental health.
In addition to working with Nurture Health, Debbie is in private practice in South West Donegal and works on occasion with community-based counselling services.
Debbie has worked for over decade in the area of coaching and facilitation, she is passionate about women’s mental well being and in supporting Couples and those in a committed relationship in times of distress/challenge.
Prior to working in counselling and coaching, Debbie worked as a Holistic therapist and prior to that spent 15 years in Healthcare management.
She lives in Ardara with her husband, daughter and son.
