If you’re looking for homegrown fashion inspiration, then look no further than Lottie!
The popular doll, created by Arklu, has gained a brand new wardrobe designed by some of Donegal’s best makers.
And she has been out and about wearing her one-of-a-kind outfits in Donegal’s most iconic places.
Lottie’s special tour, which was part of the Donegal Connect project, celebrated our wonderful county, its heritage and its talented craftspeople.
Participating designers created mini versions of their outfits for Lottie and her pal Finn to wear out and about.
Lottie got the chance to wear to a pretty Bernie Murphy tweed look, a striking Edel MacBride cape, a cute Hanna Hats creation and many more stand-out looks, while Finn had a dapper Orwell and Browne ensemble to showcase.
Designers who contributed outfits included: Koko Design, Fiona Herbst, Orwell & Browne, Hanna Hats, Bernie Murphy, Bogman Beanie, Laura Buchanan, Edel Macbride, Studio Donegal, Margaret Gillespie, Faye Dinsmore, Hata – www.Tweed.ie and Beanantees

The unique collaborations were started by Letterkenny-based Lottie Dolls founder Ian Harkin, who has long admired the global ambition and local tradition that Donegal’s apparel brands represent.
Ian connected with the people at the heart of Donegal crafts to celebrate their skills and tell their stories. Then, he took Lottie on some exciting trips through the county for her photoshoots.
