The spotlight was on Letterkenny singer Sinead Black as she had her first full show on Glór Tíre on TG4 last night.
Sinead (27) is one of six contestants competing in this year’s country music talent contest.
And she showed she is a natural star as she lapped up the glamour and song on stage at The Quays alongside her mentor Ciaran Rosney and his band.
Sinead also impressed the audience with her solo edition of ‘Storms Never Last’.
The wedding singer is well-known on local stages, and she’ll be hoping to put her best foot forward as she represents Donegal in Glor Tire 2020.
Speaking on the show, Sinead’s mentor Ciaran said she has what it takes: “She’s a dream to work with, she has a great voice for country music and I know she’s going to do very well for herself.”
Sinead, who counts her father Alex Black as a major music influence, is now calling on Donegal to get behind her on the exciting journey.
Voting lines are now open, and supporters can cast five free votes via the Glor Tire App.
The voting lines are open until March, before the live shows and eliminations begin.
All you have to do is download the app ‘GLOR TIRE’ to cast your vote. Every single one counts!
