A stylish new cocktail bar and restaurant is opening in Letterkenny just in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
Theo’s is a modern new cocktail bar and terrace restaurant at the back of The Orchard Inn. With Mediterranean theme decor and international flavours on the menu, it’s set to be the perfect place to escape and unwind in new surroundings.
And it’s been a special project for owner Paddy Crossan, who named the bar in memory of his late father, Theo Crossan. The team have pulled out all the stops to incorporate an indoor restaurant and a large outdoor terrace – perfect for BBQs, special occasions and wedding after-parties.

Manager Carlos Chacon brings his own style to Theo’s, specialising in wines from around the world.
Carlos says: “Theo’s is an amazing place to enjoy with your family and friends, try different flavours, international food, the best wines, the best cocktails and the best tapas, all together with the best Italian food.”
Celebrations kick off at Theo’s at The Orchard Inn this Wednesday, St. Patrick’s Day Eve.
