Maureen McLaughlin is the toast of St Johnston after being announced as one of just eight finalists for the National Brown Bread Baking Competition!

Supported by Euronics in association with the National Ploughing Association and the ICA, the final will take place at the National Ploughing Championships in Ratheniska, Co Laois from 17 – 19th September.

Maureen is hoping she comes up with the recipe for success for the final.

Afterall, the winner will win €5,000 cash prize and a NEFF Slide and Hide oven worth over €2,000.
